Cylinder Cylone is a cylinder repair bench designed and built by cylinder repair technicians for the serious cylinder servicing shops. Center Pipe construction

The 20” center pipe provides outstanding ridgidity, making Cylinder Cyclone the only free standing cylinder bench on the market. Most cylinder repair machines on the market are a skeleton frame with little structural integrity, thus requiring you to cut out a section of your shop floor and install a special engineered, reinforced concrete pad to bolt the machine to. Not so with Cylinder Cyclone. Simply set on any level surface, plug into power and air, and you are ready to start your cylinder remanufacturing business. The center pipe doubles as oil reservoirs. Avoid messy cylinder rebuilding with a Cylinder Cyclone where all the waste oil simply drains into our full-length drain pan and into the 250 gallon center waste oil tank. The same pipe is also home for both the pressure test oil and system oil, all in three separate integrated reservoirs.

Sky Hook

The sky hook is an overhead rail that provides crane service for handling heavy cylinders while in the bench. It has a rolling chain hoist system that can handle cylinders up to 3 tons in weight, while simultaneously giving precise movement making one-man set ups a breeze. The sky hook is perfectly aligned over the center point of the AccuraTorque Head and the tailstock, so the cylinders are held exactly where you need them for effortless disassembly and reassembly operations. This feature greatly enhances the safety of the Cylinder Cyclone. Hydraulic Pumps

We know hydraulics and have installed top-of-the-line pumps that will serve your needs reliably for many years. There are two separate pumps each with it’s own 10 micron filtration system. The first pump is for all the main functions on the Cylinder Cyclone. The second pump is for Pressure testing cylinders after they have been rebuilt. This two pump design will provide your hydraulic cylinder repair shop with years of reliable service without fear of cross contamination with dirty oil.

Electronic Controls

Intuitive controls on a machine are essential components for safety as well as for accuracy and precision. We use wireless electronic controls allowing the operator to monitor and control the Cylinder Cyclone from a safe distance. There is also an integrated touchscreen, displaying relevant torque and pressure readouts, as well as being used for onboard diagnostics. An optional printout feature is available, allowing exact details about the job to be recorded and printed out for client satisfaction.

Pressure Test System

This feature enables the technician to properly test rebuilt cylinders before removing them from the Cylinder Cyclone. A purge function is built into the control allowing the pressure test oil to be returned to the Cylinder Cyclone before the cylinder leaves.
